We understand your graduate may already have a busy schedule. Our program is designed to fit alongside their existing commitments, with most students spending approximately 5 to 10 hours per week building their professional positioning and job readiness.
How involved will I be in the process?
We work directly with your graduate to build independence and confidence. At the same time, we keep you informed with progress updates and provide a strategy consultation to ensure everyone is aligned.
What outcomes should we expect from the program?
By the end of the program, your graduate will have a professionally developed resume and cover letter, a polished LinkedIn profile, and the skills to navigate interviews and networking, confidently. They will also have a clear, structured plan for securing the right opportunity.
How does this complement campus career services?
Most universities provide strong academic preparation and general career resources, including resume workshops.
