As a Chief Human Resources Officer, she led talent strategy, organizational development, and executive hiring across multiple organizations, both domestically and internationally.

With over 20 years of experience in technical and executive recruitment, Mai specializes in fractional and project-based talent acquisition for a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, startups, and public sector organizations. She has also partnered with municipalities to support workforce development and departmental growth.
